  • Shipping & Refunds:

    We ship nationwide through USPS priority mail!  We take great pride in making our sweet treats and take meticulous care in packaging them when shipping, although we don’t expect any damage to occur Tea Time Sweets cannot guarantee or be held responsible for what may happen to the package once it has been shipped or refund damaged pops and/or delayed shipments due to the shipping carrier, the weather and packages being left unattended when delivered.  Please contact the shipping carrier for any delivery issues.  Shipping fees start at $15.00.

    Ordering

    Every pop batch is made fresh to order, to ensure freshness we request that you place orders 7-10 days prior to shipment/delivery.

    Custom Orders:

    Tea Time Sweets would love to make your day special with a custom order to your liking. Custom cake pops and cake bites start at $2.50-3.00 each. We request that you place all custom orders 10-14 days prior to shipment/delivery.

    Local Delivery:

    Local delivery in the Inland Empire area is available. Please inquire about our delivery rates. Minimum order of two (2) dozen cake pops is required.

    *Pick-Up:

    At this time we don’t offer any pick ups.

    Serving and Storing:

    Because our pops are made from all natural ingredients, we recommend that you enjoy them at their freshest. If you are storing your pops it is important to keep them in a cool dry place. Cake pops will stay fresh for up to 5 days.

    Allergy Warning:

    All pops may be assembled around nuts, nut products, and dairy products.
